Job summary

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic JICO Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center at Fort Bragg. The role involves advanced TD L instruction, curriculum development, exercise support, and interoperability expertise for U.S.

and allied forces. The ideal candidate will be a JT-301 graduate with extensive JICO/TDL experience, prior military instruction, and the ability to prepare operational forces to employ Joint Tactical Operations Interface capabilities

Qualifications

• JT-301 course graduate with extensive JICO/TDL experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with substitute experience allowed.
• Military instructor coursework preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, deliver, and manage advanced JTDL training.
• Lead resident, distance-learning, and Mobile Training Team courses.
• Coordinate with program offices and allied forces.
• Develop new courses and instructional capabilities.
• Maintain curriculum and assess training effectiveness.
• Support certification, lesson reviews, and training delivery.
