Job summary

Linchpin Solutions is seeking a dynamic Tactical Data Link Instructor to support the Joint Interoperability and Data Link Training Center. This role conducts instruction, develops curricula, and provides exercise support for U.S., allied, and coalition forces.

The ideal candidate is a JT-201 graduate with extensive TD L experience, prior military instruction background, and the technical expertise to prepare forces to employ JT T O I capabilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of the JT-201 course and a related technical degree; three extra years of Tactical Data Link experience may substitute for the degree.
• Minimum six years of Tactical Data Link experience; nine years if no degree.
• Previous military instructor experience is required.
• Experience operating or integrating various C2/TDL systems.
• Experience developing, revising, and maintaining technical curriculum and courseware.

Responsibilities

• Lead courseware development and formal classroom instruction.
• Deliver distance learning and Mobile Training Team support.
• Support joint exercises and curriculum maintenance.
• Act as lead instructor or SME and perform duties such as Joint Track Data Coordinator.
• Prepare reports and training documentation; support certification.
