Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design or Industrial Design or related field preferred.
• 5–8 years of direct experience in jewelry or fashion accessories design.
• Strong understanding of materials, construction, manufacturing processes, and market trends.
• Balance creativity with commercial awareness and keep projects on schedule.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of jewelry and fashion accessory collections from concept to production.
• Research trends and translate into brand-appropriate designs.
• Collaborate with merchandising, product development, sourcing, and sales teams.
• Create technical sketches, renderings, CADs, and presentation materials.
• Develop mood boards and trend presentations supporting the brand vision.
• Monitor competitors and market opportunities in jewelry and accessories.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines with strong attention to detail.
• Oversee prototype reviews and provide feedback to factories and partners.
• Ensure designs are commercially viable, cost-conscious, and manufacturable.
• Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative team environment.
