Qualifications

• 4+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst or similar role supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of the JD Edwards platform, specifically in accounting or finance.
• Experience with JD Edwards configuration, customization, integrations, and development tools.
• Problem solving and analytical skills to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Project management experience to plan, manage, and deliver JD Edwards initiatives.
• Excellent communication across global teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to build credible relationships with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and external vendors.
• Self-directed and organized, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Business: work with stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize requirements, and turn them into actionable solutions.
• Know the Business: manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, fixed assets, cost accounting, financial reporting, and daily accounting operations.
• Drive Process Improvement: identify opportunities to improve processes and measure KPI impact.
• Design JDE Solutions: evaluate options and collaborate with ERP team to design practical JD Edwards solutions.
• Support & Train Users: provide hands-on support and training and drive adoption of new JD Edwards features.
• Lead JDE Projects: own JD Edwards projects from requirements through implementation and ensure on-time delivery.
• Keep Improving: continuously apply best practices to improve processes and systems.
• Maintain Documentation & Data Quality: keep docs up-to-date and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Stay Current with JDE: monitor releases and new functionality for value to the business.
• Support Security & Compliance: ensure JD Edwards processes meet security and regulatory requirements.
