Job summary

Ezkl in New York develops user interfaces for zk-powered products and client projects. You rapid prototype with AI tools and design dashboards, interfaces, and UIs that create clarity and comfort for users.

You will also maintain our WASM client-side stack, enabling users to prove and verify ZK proofs in the browser and to explore the core library in real time. We value a strong design intuition in a lean team where you may wear multiple hats.

Qualifications

• Experience interfacing with bleeding edge tech and research.
• Comfort with machine learning concepts.
• Familiarity with zero-knowledge cryptography is a plus.
• Strong design intuition and ability to design beautiful interfaces in a lean team.

Work Overview

Work on developing user facing interfaces for our products and client projects.

Examples

• https://retrofunding.ezkl.xyz/ – an interface we built to support our work with the Optimism foundation where we ZK’ed their retroactive public goods rounds.
• https://cryptoidol.tech/ – a perpetually running on-chain singing contest we built to illustrate the power of our core library and our proving backend Lilith.
• https://app.ezkl.xyz/ – the interface for our proving backend Lilith that provides users with a succinct overview of their activity on the backend.

Responsibilities

You rapid prototype with AI tools. You’ll design dashboards, interfaces, and UIs that create clarity and comfort for users. You’ll also maintain our WASM client side stack which allows for users to prove and verify ZK-proofs in the browser.

Stack

• JS, NextJS, NodeJS, Typescript, and WASM.
• Figma for designs and ideation.

Profile

• Some experience interfacing with bleeding edge tech and research, and comfort with concepts in machine learning and zero knowledge cryptography to design better interfaces for users who don’t understand these concepts.
• A good design intuition. As a lean team we love folks that can fulfill multiple roles. Experience designing beautiful interfaces is a huge plus.
