Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on delivery.
• Advanced Java development including Java 21+ and JVM best practices.
• Strong experience with Spring Boot 3.x / Spring Framework 6.x, microservices, RESTful APIs, and Kafka.

Responsibilities

• Executes creative software solutions, design, development, testing, and debugging of complex problems.
• Develops secure, high-quality production code and ensures adherence to architectural standards.
• Leads adoption of AI-assisted engineering practices to improve quality, speed, and automation.
• Uses the SDLC toolchain to enhance automation and value realization.
• Leads a global feature team, mentoring engineers and collaborating with Product Owners, Operations, and Tech teams.
• Improves application stability, observability, code quality, and deployment reliability across environments.
