Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, development, and optimization of enterprise-scale web-based solutions using Java, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Guide sprint planning, milestones, and collaboration with Analysts, QA, and Front-End teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Establish coding standards and drive engineering excellence across the product platform.
