Qualifications

• 3+ years of team lead experience.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills with JUnit and Mockito.
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
