Job summary

Luxoft in Irving, Texas is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to join an agile team rewriting an enterprise platform using Angular, Java and Spring. You will design scalable solutions, mentor peers, and drive architectural decisions for performance and reliability.

You will collaborate with product, QA and DevOps to deliver a faster, more stable system, leveraging Docker, Kubernetes and cloud services to power deployments and CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Team lead experience: 3+ years.
• 10+ years of Java experience (Java 11+).
• Strong knowledge of Spring Boot.
• Experience with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
• Solid testing skills (JUnit, Mockito).
• Ability to mentor others and work in Agile teams.
