Responsibilities

• Lead research and analysis for projects, evaluate database schemas, and implement improvements.
• Diagnose issues by analyzing logs, memory, I/O, and system messages; optimize performance.
• Coordinate programming projects and mentor team members; ensure client policies and hours are followed.
