Job summary

TeamSoft seeks a Sr Programmer (Java Spring Oracle) to support the MDOT project in Michigan. The role is hybrid with mandatory onsite on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, starting September 28, 2026, for a 1-year assignment with strong extension potential.

You will work within an Agile development team to organize work, develop, test, and deploy code while collaborating with PMs, application owners, and UI/UX colleagues to deliver modern, responsive interfaces for state transportation systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years programming complex Java systems with current Java tools (Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio).
• 4+ years Java 8 experience.
• 5+ years Spring development experience.
• 5+ years JPA / Hibernate expertise.
• 4+ years Oracle Database experience (12C/19C).
• 4+ years React.js for responsive UI development.
• 4+ years in JBoss Enterprise environments.
• 5+ years in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy code within an Agile team.
• Collaborate with PMs, application owners, and UI/UX team members to build modern interfaces.
