Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Senior React JS Developer for a 12-month contract in Jersey City, NJ. The role is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days onsite. The team collaborates across global offices including India, Dublin, London, and New York to deliver full lifecycle software solutions.

Ideal candidates will have strong React and SQL skills, experience with Oracle databases (Exadata preferred), and at least 10 years in software development. Start ASAP with on-site requirements and a W2 pay structure.

Qualifications

• Expertise in React JS and modern front-end development practices.
• Proficiency in SQL with experience building queries and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle databases, preferably Oracle Exadata.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and collaborate with distributed teams.
• 10+ years of relevant software development experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance React-based user interfaces for Finance Re-Design and Finance Regulatory Reporting initiatives.
• Create new deliverables to support business cases and expand the user population.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, including analysis, development, testing, and production support.
• Collaborate with global teams in India, Dublin, London, and New York to provide development coverage.
• Support data source re-configuration and migration activities to Oracle Exadata.
