UST is seeking an experienced Java Software Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing enterprise applications. The role focuses on deep Java expertise, microservices, and cloud-native development across enterprise systems.

The candidate will define end-to-end architectures, lead technical reviews, mentor teams, and drive CI/CD and DevOps initiatives to ensure performance and security across platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• 3+ years in solution architecture and enterprise application design.
• Deep expertise in Java technologies, microservices, cloud-native development, and API design.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise applications.
• Design scalable and secure systems using Java and cloud technologies.
• Architect microservices-based solutions and API ecosystems.
• Lead technical design reviews and architecture governance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Engineering teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Establish development standards, coding guidelines, and best practices across teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Ensure application performance, reliability, scalability, and security.
• Drive DevOps, CI/CD, and automation initiatives.
