Qualifications

• Clearance: Active Secret level U.S. Government Security Clearance; U.S. Citizenship required.
• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with Modern Java Frameworks (Spring, Guava).
• Experience designing enterprise APIs and RESTful web services.
• Experience with Microservices architecture and OOP paradigms.
• Familiar with agile software lifecycle and config management tools (Git, Nexus, Maven).
• Comfortable on a Linux command line; capable of independent work and in-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java-based software capabilities and APIs for enterprise systems.
• Integrate AI agents and automated testing workflows into the codebase.
• Guide multi-file implementations and refactorings across complex repos.
• Ensure security, performance, and architectural alignment of code.
• Collaborate in a fast-paced, small business environment; additional duties as assigned.
