You will design Java-based B2B infrastructure, work across data centers and cloud providers, and collaborate with diverse teams to deliver reliable, high-volume processing platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years building frameworks using middleware like Apache Camel.
• 4+ years of Java or Python for middleware or backend apps.
• 3+ years with Oracle or NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of HTTP/S, TCP, DNS, load balancing, JVM, OS, networking and security protocols (TLS/SSL, SSH/SFTP, PKI, X.509, PGP).
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning of applications and databases.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop frameworks that process high volume transactions with Apple’s partners.
• Drive enhancements and scale our B2B platforms with technical leadership.
• Develop solutions to optimize availability and consistency across multiple data centers and clouds.
• Develop and enhance frameworks for persistence, event processing, uniqueness, transaction correlation and notifications.
• Collaborate with domain project developers, operations and systems engineers.
