Job summary

Xforia Global Talent & Technology Solutions seeks a Lead Java Full Stack Developer in Seattle to drive design, development, and deployment of scalable enterprise applications. You will lead hands-on work across Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and modern UI integration, collaborating with frontend teams.

Ideal candidates have 12+ years of experience in enterprise systems, microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven architectures using Kafka/MSK.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience with Java and enterprise app development.
Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native apps.
Experience with PostgreSQL SQL and database design/optimization.
Hands-on experience with Kafka / AWS MSK.
Experience with EKS / container orchestration.
Experience in API development, integration, and microservices-based systems.
Experience in ReactJS or UI technologies; or strong UI integration.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and AWS; REST APIs.
Build and enhance microservices-based architectures.
Develop event-driven solutions using Kafka/MSK.
Work with PostgreSQL for data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Deploy and manage applications in AWS EKS/Kubernetes environments.
