Qualifications

• Expert-level Java 4+ years and OO design principles.
• Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices Architecture.
• REST APIs, API Management, and Service-Oriented Architecture.
• Advanced database design and performance optimization.
• Angular (v10+) or equivalent modern frontend framework.
• Kafka, messaging platforms, and distributed systems.
• CI/CD, DevOps, and automated testing strategies.
• Architecture and system integration experience.
• Demonstrated technical leadership including solution design, code reviews, architectural decision making, and mentoring of engineers onshore and offshore.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives spanning multiple teams and business domains.
• Proven track record of rapidly learning and contributing within unfamiliar technologies, applications, or business functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex integrations, multiple dependent systems, and highly regulated change management processes.
