Allegis Global Solutions (AGS) is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver scalable Java microservices within a Kubernetes‑driven, DevOps‑driven environment. You will lead architecture discussions, implement CI/CD pipelines, and advance cloud‑native practices across distributed teams.

Formación

• 7+ years of software development experience.
• Strong expertise in Java (11/17/21) and Spring Boot.
• Experience building large‑scale microservices and distributed systems.
• Hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong CI/CD pipeline implementation experience.
• Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Good understanding of system design and architecture principles.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in remote/distributed engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Architect high‑performing distributed systems and APIs.
• Drive architectural decisions and conduct system design reviews.
• Implement event‑driven solutions using Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Perform code reviews and mentor engineering teams.
• Design and maintain enterprise‑grade CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement automated testing and quality gates.
• Drive DevSecOps practices including SAST, DAST, and dependency scanning.
• Manage deployment strategies such as Blue‑Green, Canary, and Rolling deployments.
• Improve deployment reliability and release efficiency.
• Build and deploy containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Write and maintain Helm charts and Kubernetes manifests.
• Support observability and monitoring initiatives.
