Job summary

Anagh Technologies Inc is seeking an experienced Lead Java Developer to design, develop, and deliver scalable, secure enterprise applications. You will lead REST APIs, microservices, and cloud-based solutions, with strong focus on performance and security.

You will mentor teams, drive architectural decisions, and collaborate across product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure reliable production systems and rapid delivery.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years of software development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud-based application development and deployment.
• Knowledge of API and web security (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, OWASP).
• Hands-on with Kafka and MongoDB.
• CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise‑grade software applications.
• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Java and Spring Boot, following API documentation and testing best practices.
• Architect and implement scalable distributed systems and microservices for cloud environments.
• Lead technical discussions, system design reviews, code reviews, and performance optimizations.
• Implement secure application architectures and security practices.
• Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to drive technical decisions and production support.
• Mentor developers and promote best practices like TDD and pair programming.
