Job summary

Ventures Unlimited Inc. is seeking a Java Technical Architect to lead end-to-end delivery of scalable, microservices-based enterprise applications on AWS.

The role requires guiding development teams, ensuring architectural compliance, and translating business needs into robust technical solutions. You will design RESTful APIs, mentor teams, oversee security and performance, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive architectural excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong hands on experience in Java (8+) and Spring Boot.
• Proven experience in Microservices Architecture.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in Telecom domain is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of application security, performance, and scalability.
• Experience in production support and complex issue triaging.

Responsibilities

• Define end to end architecture for Java based enterprise applications.
• Design microservices based solutions using Spring Boot.
• Create and review High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD) documents.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
• Review code and guide teams on performance optimization and security.
• Architect and govern cloud native solutions on AWS.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to define CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Support production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and drive long term fixes.
• Work closely with business, product, and client teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
