Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience with Java and distributed systems.
• Experience designing and consuming REST APIs and building microservices.
• Experience with AWS services and cloud architectures, including automation and monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and support applications across multiple technologies.
• Drive architectural improvements and code quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership for enhancements, production issues, cost optimization, and scalability.
• Manage sprint planning, task prioritization, and backlog grooming for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure automation workflows and timely delivery.
• Act as the primary technical contact for automation applications.
• Improve performance, reliability, and operational efficiency of systems.
• Mentor developers through code reviews and best practices.
• Strengthen monitoring and alerting to reduce failures and manual interventions.
• Review code and design for system development and integration.
• Provide production support as needed.
