12 years of Java development experience guiding architectural decisions.
Strong Java, Spring Boot, microservices and CI/CD expertise.
Experience with geospatial data and cloud-based deployments.

Responsibilities

Design and implement Java microservices for geospatial data with high performance.
Develop Spring Boot services with geospatial libraries for queries.
Manage AWS EC2 environments to host and scale services.
Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into design.
Review and refactor code for modularity and best practices.
Implement secure APIs for data exchange with external systems.
Monitor performance and optimize on AWS EC2.
Define test strategies with QA for geospatial workflows.
Document architecture, deployment configs, and operations.
Mentor juniors on Java, microservices and Spring features.
Plan milestones with stakeholders and ensure timely delivery.
Ensure governance and data protection compliance.
Drive continuous improvement with new tools and patterns.
