Qualifications
- 12 years of Java development experience.
- Strong Spring Boot experience and microservices design.
- Experience deploying on AWS and implementing CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with geospatial data and performance-tuned services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement Java-based microservices for enterprise-scale apps.
- Develop Spring Boot services with geospatial data processing.
- Configure AWS EC2 environments to host scalable services.
- Collaborate with product and data teams to translate requirements into design.
- Review and refactor code to improve modularity and maintainability.
- Develop secure APIs for data exchange across systems.
- Monitor performance and optimize resource utilization on AWS.
- Define testing strategies (unit/integration/performance).
- Prepare detailed technical deployment documentation.
- Mentor junior team members on Java, microservices, and Spring Boot.
