Job summary

Synechron seeks a Senior/Lead Java Full Stack Developer to build scalable, secure applications using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, React, and Angular. The Lead will provide technical guidance and mentor development teams.

The base salary in Charlotte, NC is $110k-$115k per year plus benefits, with further details listed under the role description. You will work across architecture, QA, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka.
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and working with SQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Maven/Gradle, JUnit, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.
• Strong understanding of software design, testing, security, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular.
• Design and maintain scalable microservices.
• Build event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs.
• Create responsive and reusable frontend components.
• Write clean, secure, and well-tested code.
• Participate in architecture, code reviews, troubleshooting, and technical planning.
• Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and architecture teams.
• For Lead roles: mentor developers and provide technical leadership.
