JPMorganChase in Plano, TX is seeking a Lead Software Engineer to deliver trusted, scalable technology within Consumer & Community Banking. You will be a core technical contributor driving secure production code and AI-assisted engineering practices across teams.

You will mentor engineers, design architectures, and collaborate with vendors and internal teams to advance cloud-native solutions using Java/Spring, AWS, CI/CD, and secure coding standards.

Competenze

• Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Strong understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows and security expectations.
• Advanced in one or more programming languages: Python, J2EE, Core Java including Java 17.
