Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on Java development experience with Java 8+.
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and software architecture.
• Experience leading teams and mentoring junior developers.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Responsibilities
