You will provide Level 3 support for critical banking platforms, troubleshoot high-severity incidents, and perform code-level debugging of Java applications in a microservices environment.

The role requires deep knowledge of Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, SQL, and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, Datadog, and Grafana.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise Java development or production support.
• Experience with Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA experience in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide L3 support for core banking platforms and payments systems.
• Lead high-severity incident resolutions and RCA actions.
• Debug multi-threaded Java apps and optimize performance.
• Analyze logs, DB queries, and batch jobs to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with ITIL processes and cross-functional teams.
