Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall experience.
• 3+ years in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate with design, dev, performance tuning, microservice work.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain software applications and systems.
• Write clean, efficient code using Java & Spring Boot, Microservices.
• Collaborate with QA Analysts and developers to craft solutions.
• Work with a Scrum team to deliver stories on schedule.
• Design reusable frameworks for environment management and layout design.
• Mentor junior team members and assist with interviews/evaluations.
• Engage stakeholders to understand user requirements and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance to teams and lead issue resolution.
• Architect and optimize performance and stability of software solutions.
• Ensure security in authentication/authorization and scaling.
