Job summary

NTT DATA seeks a Java FullStack Engineer for Westlake, TX to join our team on site. You will work with cloud-based technologies, primarily Microsoft Azure, and contribute to building and evolving microservice-based applications and REST integrations.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in Java/Spring, 5+ years in messaging and database work, and solid CI/CD experience with Jenkins. The role emphasizes engineering excellence, collaboration, and a focus on scalable, resilient software systems.

Qualifications

• 8+ years solid experience with Java Spring-based frameworks (preferably Spring Boot).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Service Bus).
• 5+ years experience with databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL).
• Experience building and consuming REST API-based integration and microservices architecture.
• Understanding and experience with CI/CD processes and tools (Jenkins).
• Experience with testing approaches and tools (JUnit, Cucumber, Selenium).
• Experience with Chaos Testing and SRE practices for resilient cloud-based apps.
• Experience designing and developing applications in microservices architecture.

Role and Responsibilities

• Working with public cloud and cloud based technologies with Microsoft Azure preferred

Experience

• 8+ years solid experience with java spring-based frameworks and libraries preferably Spring boot
• 5+ years hands on experience working with messaging technologies such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or Service Bus
• 5+ years experience with building applications working with databases like Oracle, Postgres etc.
• Experience building and consuming REST API based integration and microservices architecture.

• Experience with software application testing approaches and tools like jUnit, Cucumber, Selenium.

NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this role is $106,000-$142,000. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
