Mindera is seeking an experienced Kotlin/Java Backend Developer to design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, taking ownership of technical aspects, mentoring juniors, and contributing to the full software lifecycle.

Must have 8+ years in software development, strong backend skills, and experience with identity/authentication systems. Remote-friendly culture with global teams and multiple offices.

We’re looking for experienced Kotlin/Java Backend Developers with a passion for solving complex problems. As part of our team, you will work in an Agile and collaborative environment, taking ownership of the technical aspects of development, and building high-quality software systems.You will use your expertise in Kotlin or Java (if eager to work with Kotlin) to design and implement robust and scalable backend solutions. You will contribute to the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to design, coding, testing, and deployment.At Mindera, we value collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning. • 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development
• Strong backend engineering background (Kotlin or Java)

• Experience with IAM platforms (Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, ForgeRock)
• Knowledge of identity/security standards such as OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML, MFA.
• Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
