Job summary

Mindera seeks a Java Technical Lead/Staff Engineer to join our team and guide delivery with a hands-on approach. You will mentor developers, own code from development to deployment, and shape technical direction in a lean, politics-free culture.

You will work across Spring/Micronaut, cloud, microservices, and modern tooling, driving delivery, architecture decisions, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Java development experience.
• Experience with Spring or Micronaut frameworks.
• Cloud knowledge: Azure, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions.
• Knowledge of Microservices, REST, GraphQL, and API governance.
• Observability tooling like OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace.
• Proficient with Gradle and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with databases such as MongoDB and MySQL.
• Familiar with Jira/Confluence/Jenkins/NexusPro or similar.
• Strong Agile experience (Scrum/Kanban, TDD/BDD, DevOps).
• Mentoring engineering teams and leading by example.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and implementation of technical solutions.
• Balance technical decisions with business goals.
