Job summary

Mindera is seeking an experienced Kotlin/Java Backend Developer to design and implement robust, scalable backend solutions. You will work in an Agile environment, taking ownership of technical aspects, mentoring juniors, and contributing to the full software lifecycle.

Must have 8+ years in software development, strong backend skills, and experience with identity/authentication systems. Remote-friendly culture with global teams and multiple offices.

Qualifications

8+ years of hands-on experience in software development.
Strong backend engineering background (Kotlin or Java).
Familiarity with Micronaut (or similar frameworks such as Spring Boot).
Experience working in Identity teams (authentication, authorisation, SSO/OAuth).
Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities
