Qualifications

• 15+ years of Java Core/Java EE experience.
• 5+ years JSF/PrimeFaces.
• 10+ years PostgreSQL SQL/PL/pgSQL.
• 5+ years AWS cloud.
• 5+ years RESTful web services.
• Knowledge of WCAG compatibility.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop Java applications and web services for public and internal users.
• Update existing Java web apps to maintain functionality and add enhancements.
• Build web apps using Java web frameworks (prefer JSF/PrimeFaces).
• Develop APIs using PostgreSQL for data storage and querying.
• Implement authentication using OAuth2 or OpenAM.
• Support CI/CD pipelines in AWS and cloud environments.
• Ensure data security standards and encryption techniques.
• Collaborate with developers, engineers, and SMEs to meet project requirements.
• Investigate new technologies and advocate for architectural improvements.
