Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Java Fullstack/React Developer to design, build, and support enterprise portal solutions using Liferay DXP, Java/Jakarta EE, React, and related technologies.

You will deliver secure, scalable digital experiences via portal development, system integrations, and full-stack engineering practices for customers, partners, and internal teams. The role emphasizes hands-on development, testing, and collaboration within Agile teams to meet project timelines and quality

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience including enterprise portal development.
• Experience developing and supporting enterprise solutions using Liferay DXP and designing Java/Jakarta EE apps.
• Experience building React-based portal solutions for customers, partners, or extranets.
• Experience in Agile SDLC and mentoring within development teams.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Jakarta EE, Spring, Hibernate, REST services, and JUnit.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on design and development for enterprise portal projects.
• Support web portal initiatives focusing on usability, accessibility, and performance.
• Deliver technical solutions meeting business requirements and schedules.
• Develop unit and integration tests to ensure quality and reliability.
• Provide technical input for effort estimates and design discussions.
• Align solutions with security, scalability, and maintainability standards.
• Troubleshoot issues across the application stack and provide guidance to teammates.
• Contribute to documentation and deployment activities.
