Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. seeks a Senior Liferay Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise portal solutions using Liferay DXP, Java/Jakarta EE, React, and related technologies.

You will deliver secure, scalable digital experiences through portal development and system integrations across customer and internal teams. The role requires strong expertise in Java/Jakarta EE, React, and Liferay DXP 7.4, plus agile practices and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development including enterprise portal development.
• Experience with Liferay DXP 7.4 and Java/Jakarta EE applications.
• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and Tailwind CSS.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful services and enterprise integration patterns.
• Experience in Agile SDLC and mentoring within development teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on design and development for enterprise portal projects.
• Support web portal initiatives focusing on usability, functionality, accessibility, and performance.
• Deliver technical solutions that meet business requirements and project schedules.
• Develop and execute unit and integration tests to validate solution quality.
• Provide technical input for effort estimates and project planning discussions.
• Align solutions with security, scalability, maintainability, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve issues across the application stack.
• Contribute to customer-facing and extranet portal solutions from design through production deployment.
• Participate in peer code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and support materials.
• Support portal deployments, upgrades, and production release activities.
