Job summary

Cadmus seeks a Senior Full Stack Java Developer for a multi-year Federal contract. You will develop, enhance, and maintain modern web applications using Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, Angular and REST APIs, with SQL databases.

The role requires strong Java/Spring and front-end Angular skills, plus Azure, containerization, and DevOps experience to support modernization and delivery objectives. You will collaborate across teams and mentor junior developers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent.
• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development.
• 3+ years of Angular/AngularJS development.
• Experience on Agile/Scrum teams and Spring ecosystem.
• Strong SQL/SQL Server and REST API experience.
• Experience with Maven, Git, CI/CD, and testing practices.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team and obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full Agile lifecycle from backlog to deployment.
• Design and maintain enterprise apps with Java/Spring and Angular.
• Develop RESTful services and integrate front-end with back-end data.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews.
• Prepare technical docs and deployment guidance.
