Job summary

Cadmus is seeking a Senior Full Stack Java Developer to join our Agile team supporting a multi-year federal contract. You will build and maintain modern web apps with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, REST APIs, and SQL Server.

The role emphasizes hands-on development, code reviews, and collaboration with architects, testers, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings strong Java/Spring and Angular experience, with familiarity in Azure, containers, and DevOps practices to drive modernization and

Qualifications

6+ years of professional software development experience.
3+ years of hands-on Java/Spring development experience.
3+ years of Angular/AngularJS development experience.
Experience working on Agile/Scrum development teams.
Experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server).
Strong front-end development with TypeScript/HTML5/CSS.

Responsibilities

Participate throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Spring/Spring Boot.
Develop responsive web applications with Angular and AngularJS.
Create and consume RESTful web services and APIs.
Integrate front-end with backend services and databases.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to code reviews and documentation.
