Job summary

Cognizant in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer for a hybrid role. You will design and implement analytics solutions deployed on cloud platforms and collaborate with TPMs and Tech Leads.

You will develop applications from business requirements, write unit tests, ensure production readiness, and contribute to monitoring and documentation. This role requires 6–8+ years of Java experience and familiarity with Spring, JPA, and cloud services.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Spring JPA.
• Experience with Kafka or any Messaging Queue.
• Hands-on design experience for high-volume applications would be good.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Analytics solutions and models deployed in Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
• Examine business requirements and provide solutions. Interact with TPM, Tech Lead and should be able to lead the conversation.
• Build the application based on business requirements by following industry coding standards and writing unit tests with coverage requirements.
• Ensure features are tested and deployed to production.
• Implement proper monitoring solutions as recommended by the Client.
• Understand and document the design, service specifications built for the application; guide developers in preparing functional/technical specs.

In this role, you will:

• Design and implement effective Analytics solutions and models that are deployed in Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
• Examine business requirements and provide solutions. Interact with TPM, Tech Lead and should be able to lead the conversation.

What you need to have to be considered:

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 9/11/2026.

The annual salary for this position is between $55K – 114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
