Job summary

Cognizant in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to design and implement analytics solutions deployed in the cloud with a hybrid work model. The role requires 3 days per week in Cognizant or client offices in Bentonville, AR.

You will work with TPM and Tech Lead, lead conversations, and deliver high-quality code with tests and monitoring as per project needs.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with Kafka or messaging queues.
• Hands-on design experience and knowledge of high-volume applications.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement analytics solutions deployed in Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).

In This Role, You Will

• Design and implement effective Analytics solutions and models that are deployed in Cloud platforms (Azure/GCP).
• Examine business requirements and provide solutions. Interact with TPM, Tech Lead and should be able to lead the conversation.
• Build the application based on business requirement by following Industry coding standards along with writing unit testcases and meet or exceed coverage % defined by the project.
• Make sure the features built are successfully tested and deployed to production.
• Implement proper monitoring solutions that are recommended by the Client.
• Understand and document the design, service specifications that are built for the application. Guidance to developers in preparing functional/technical specs.

What You Need To Have To Be Considered

• 6-8+ years of experience in Advanced Java, Spring, Spring boot, Spring JPA, any Cloud Platform (Azure is +).
• Experience in Kafka or any Messaging Queue
• Hands on experience or Knowledge in designing applications/High Volume experience would be good

Salary And Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $55K-114K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
