Job summary

Capgemini in the United States is seeking a Senior Java Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and support scalable enterprise applications using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and microservices. You will build REST APIs, deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS, and contribute in Agile teams delivering high-quality software.

Ideal candidates have 8–12+ years of Java experience, strong CI/CD, Docker/Kubernetes, and database expertise (Oracle/PostgreSQL).

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of hands-on Java development experience in enterprise environments.
• Proficient with Java 17/21, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
• Experience with REST APIs, OAuth2, and cloud-native development on AWS.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java-based enterprise applications and microservices.
• Build REST APIs using Java 17/21, Spring Boot, and Spring Data JPA.
• Develop and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS.
• Participate in Agile development, code reviews, and release activities.
• Implement automated testing using JUnit, Cucumber/Karate, TDD, and BDD.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance.
