Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 10 years of relevant Java development experience (internships and academic projects considered).
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Spring Web and Spring Batch applications.
• Support integration with Kafka and other messaging systems.
• Contribute to microservices development and distributed systems.
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and deliver features within agreed timelines.
• Participate in code reviews and apply feedback to improve quality.
• Assist in debugging and troubleshooting production or testing issues.
• Maintain technical documentation for features developed.
• Utilize AI-powered tools for code generation, debugging, and documentation.
