Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge and experience developing Java based software capabilities.
• Inquisitive nature, responsiveness, and excellent testing skills.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development.
• Experience with Next-Gen Coding Agents: Claude Code or Gemini agentic workflows in daily workflows.
• Agentic Feature & Test Development: using autonomous agents for multi-file implementation, refactoring, and automated testing.
• Context & Workflow Management: guide AI agents through complex architectures and audit agent-generated code for security and performance.

Responsibilities
