Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to diagnosing technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Design and build mid-to-large-scale Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices.
• Diagnose performance issues, defects, and architectural flaws with root-cause analysis.
• Own the full SDLC end-to-end from planning to post-launch support.
• Define and maintain engineering standards aligning with the architectural blueprint.
• Champion Agile delivery and optimize development processes to improve throughput.
• Build consensus with stakeholders and leadership to ensure on-track delivery.
• Mentor engineers and pursue continuous learning.
