Job summary

NinjaOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Java to lead the development of our IT Operations platform. You will design and implement scalable Java-based solutions, contribute to new features, and uphold high-quality standards as part of a global engineering team.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, and own key technical initiatives to improve performance and reliability across millions of endpoints and servers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of Java software development for product applications.
• 5+ years building highly scalable systems.
• Strong OOP design and RESTful API experience.
• Experience with Redis caching is a plus.
• Proven system design capabilities.

Responsibilities
