Eliassen Group is seeking a Java Developer to work remotely on a contract basis. The role covers the full software development lifecycle from concept to testing, focusing on Java/Java EE applications and cloud deployments in AWS.

Candidates should be comfortable with W2 employment and benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k with company matching, and life insurance. The position requires 10+ years of Java and Spring Boot experience, strong knowledge of AWS, Terraform, and Java EE

Competenze

10+ years of Java and Spring Boot hands-on development experience.
Experience with cloud and event-driven architecture, microservices, and DDD architectural style.
Hands-on experience deploying applications into AWS.
Strong understanding of Terraform.
Hands-on experience designing and developing applications using Java EE platforms.

Mansioni

Define site objectives by analyzing user requirements and envisioning system features and functionality.
Design and develop user interfaces for internet and intranet applications by setting expectations and feature priorities throughout the development lifecycle.
Determine design methodologies and tool sets and complete programming using appropriate languages and software products.
Design and conduct tests.
Troubleshoot development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms.
Support users by developing documentation and assistance tools.
