Tensec is seeking a Technical Lead to enhance our Brokerage-as-a-Service platform. The candidate will work cross-functionally with teams including trade desks and product managers while leading technical design for greenfield Java projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with low latency, high throughput distributed systems.
• Must understand how to write effective unit and integration tests.
• Operating system and networking fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Work cross-functionally with teams ranging from trade desks to support the trading system.
• Lead the technical design of greenfield Java projects.
• Analyze engine latency and throughput to enhance performance.
