Job summary

Computershare Technology Services (CTS) seeks a Senior Software Engineer to support our CCT application through hands‑on development, technical leadership, and close collaboration with product owners, business stakeholders, and fellow engineers. This role operates within an Agile delivery team to deliver scalable, customer‑focused software.

You will design, code, test, and document programs across the full software lifecycle, while guiding others and aligning with Computershare’s technology

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Software Engineering experience.
• 5+ years of Java/J2EE development and JAVA Web Services Development.
• 5+ years of Spring, Spring Batch, and Spring Boot.
• 5+ years of experience in JPA.
• 3+ years of Hibernate.
• 2+ years of Autosys or Control M experience.
• 2+ year(s) experience in JavaScript, JSON, CSS, JQuery, Ajax and HTML 5.
• 3+ years of Git or GitHub experience.
• 5+ years of Agile experience.
• 3+ years of application & data architecture and solution design.
• 2+ years of Test Automation Frameworks like Selenium.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership with the software development life cycle, technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and support for the CCT Application.
• Program design, deployment, and ongoing Test Automation support.
• Provide guidance and share knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team’s objectives.
• Ensure the quality of tasks, services and information provided by your team – through the quality of your own work and the support you provide to others - to ensure that your team delivers high‑quality, maintainable software which adheres to internal standards and policies.
• Support the evaluation and resolution of technical challenges and blockers to minimize their impact on the teams’ delivery and/or supported products.
• Identify and support improvements and innovation in technologies/practices within your team that would benefit the business.
