Qualifications

• 4-10 years of hands-on Java development.
• Strong experience with distributed systems and system design.
• Experience owning production applications.
• Knowledge of microservices and event-driven architecture.
• Familiarity with Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
• Ability to work with business stakeholders and own projects end-to-end.
• Experience in high-availability, business-critical environments.
