Job summary

Radley James is seeking a Senior Java Engineer to join our Post-Trade & Financial Systems team in New York. You will work on high-availability, production systems and large-scale, distributed financial applications.

You will own end-to-end development from design through deployment, shaping event-driven microservices and messaging, with direct collaboration to business stakeholders across the organization.

Senior Java Engineer – Post-Trade & Financial Systems

Location: New York

Experience: 4-10 years

We’re looking for strong hands-on Java Engineers to build and operate large-scale, business-critical systems within financial services.

You’ll work on highly scalable distributed applications supporting complex financial workflows, with ownership across the full development lifecycle — from system design and architecture through implementation, production deployment and ongoing support.
