Job summary

Forte Group in the United States invites applications for a Senior Java Software Engineer to join our enterprise workload automation platform team. You will contribute to planning, architecture, and implementation across integrations with Kubernetes, cloud services, and major enterprise systems while following Scrum practices.

Collaborate with distributed teams across the US and other regions. You will participate in AI-assisted development, code reviews, and CI/CD, delivering robust software

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Java Core.
• Experience in client-server application development.
• SQL and relational data modeling.
• Strong knowledge of OOP and design patterns.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, Airflow, ServiceNow, Databricks, Informatica, and cloud services.
• Ability to leverage AI tooling to accelerate development while following best practices.
• Nice to have mathematical background and experience with static code analysis, code review, refactoring, and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, architect, and develop software applications.
• Analyze requirements and collaborate with team on software designs.
• Provide accurate estimates on work items.
• Maintain coding standards and participate in peer code reviews.
• Facilitate engineering operations to ensure high-quality software solutions.
• Assess solution architecture for vulnerabilities and improvements.
